Refund Policy

1. Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@ovies.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us for further assistance.

5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
